Quality Assurance

Mansfield Cement's Quality Assurance plan will soon be implementing an employee training and continuing education program to go along with the current Apprenticeship program. Currently our management team, project foremen, several finishers and operators are certified by the ACI (American Concrete Institute) through periodical testing. All of our finishers and Laborers are offered continual education through their Union locals.

As the level of expectation for construction quality continues to increase through project specifications, Mansfield Cement will continue to strive to raise our own standards for project efficiency and employee craftsmanship. To achieve the level of quality that Mansfield Cement expects all employees to be held to, there is no substitute for leadership. Our project foremen must strive to demonstrate leadership skills by using efficient on the job problem solving techniques and further relaying these improved efficiency methods to management in order to keep the quality of our work at the highest standards possible.
