Building foundations and structural wall projects have become a large part of our company's annual scope over the past 10 years. No matter how difficult or schedule oriented the job may be, Mansfield Cement has the manpower and knowledge to complete the work with precise accuracy and timeliness.

Decorative Concrete

With over 25 years experience in decorative concrete, we have employees trained in various techniques including: concrete stamping, exposed aggregate, appying integral colors and surface colors to precise specifications, decorative overlayments, surface staining and designs. We are always open to new ideas and challenges. This market is expanding rapidly and we intend to keep pace.

Concrete Flatwork

We have over 35 years experience in concrete flatwork. Laser screeds and riding trowels provide us with the ability to place large areas of concrete to precise specifications for floor flatness and levelness tolerances. Tight schedules and unique scopes of work have become second nature to our company.

Concrete Pumping

If limited access or reach is a concern for the project site, let our crew of experienced pump operators be of service. We currently own and operate the following fleet of concrete pumps; you will find our rates and charges along with the various pump outputs and reach below.

* Minimum charge includes 4 hrs job time and 1 hr travel.
* Service charge includes equipment, operator and approximately 60 ft of delivery system.
* First time and/or out of area contractors C.O.D. only.

Additional Charges:

1. Total time over 8 hrs - add $25.00/hr
2. Additional pump line, truck and labor abailable at $ 450.00/day
3. Slick pak will be provided at $15.00/bag as applicable. (This product replaces grout primer.)

Customer Must Supply:

1. A pumpable mix
2. Labor to set-up and break-down pump line and to assist the operator with clean-up as required
3. A clean-up area for disposing of excess concrete and wash-out residue
